Glenn York Elementary PTO is continuing with its Community Contributor Program for the 2020-2021 school year. The Community Contributor Program enables local and GYE family-owned businesses the opportunity to donate to GYE PTO in return for acknowledgement on-campus and at school events.
The GYE PTO typically hosts multiple events every school year to encourage school spirit and community engagement. These events are funded through contributions by generous businesses and citizens like you. Please take this opportunity to support Glenn York Elementary PTO through a donation of goods or services, or by donating as a Community Contributor.
COVID-19 has changed the face of how we educate our students. To ensure the continued safety of our staff and students who live and work in our community we are actively raising funds to purchase the following prior to school re-starting: 47 Plexiglass dividers for each classroom table so that teachers can safely continue to provide small group or one-on-one educational opportunities.
In addition to the above, we are continuing to actively raise funds to build an additional playground for older students with a canopy as currently we only have one which is geared more towards our younger students. Your support will impact nearly 900 students by providing resources allowing us to make upgrades and additions to the school, while ensuring that Pearland area students receive quality education that our community is known for. We will be ever so grateful for your support and continued involvement in the Pearland community.
