Holiday Sip and Shop- Vendors

York Elementary PTO’s Sip & Shop is a family-friendly event to kick off the holiday season. We will have 25 vendors showcasing a variety of goods (but not limited to) food, gifts, clothing, and more! There will also be a school sponsored event going on simultaneously that evening to increase crowd interest. We will be advertising our event on our PTO website, PTO Facebook page, school weekly news blast, and flyers sent home with students.

Each vendor will be provided a 8’ wide space, but each vendor will be responsible for bringing their own tables and chairs. Please make sure the table legs do not have any sharp edges that could ruin the gym or cafeteria flooring.

Fees:  $25 per space (if you register by Oct. 7th you will get $5 off)

We are asking each vendor to donate an item, or a certificate of goods or services to our annual York PTO Spring Carnival silent auction and raffle.

Business Partnerships

Support our school by becoming an advertised business partner!

Our goal is to raise $75,000 – these funds will be used to benefit ALL the students, teachers, and staff at Glenn York Elementary. This school year our fundraising goals/initiatives include building an outdoor classroom that the students can use as an alternative learning environment and a Buddy Bench for the playground. In addition, PTO provides an opportunity for each child to attend their grade level field trip at no cost to the students.  Field trips planned this year are to the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, The Crocodile Encounter, and The Children’s Museum of Houston.  We are planning several fun events for our students and their families throughout the year including: Boo Hoo Yahoo Breakfast, Trunk-Or-Treat, Individual Santa/Holiday Pictures, Sip & Shop, Holiday Craft Gift, Valentine’s Dance, Spring Carnival, Muffins with Mom, Donuts with Dad, Monthly Teacher/Staff Appreciation, and Teacher Appreciation Week.

We have several levels of sponsorship with benefits that will increase your company’s visibility on our carnival T-shirt and other York PTO media. In addition, if there are any advertisement materials you would like to leave we can set them out on our PTO table during all PTO sponsored events and meetings. All sponsors will be the first to be notified of all events, and included on all Spring Carnival advertisement materials.

We will also accept donations (gift certificates/cards or services) to be included in our silent auction at our Spring Carnival.
